ABOUT

We are an enthusiastic and collaborative group of plant ecologists working to explain, predict, and manage patterns of biodiversity and ecosystem functioning in changing rangeland ecosystems.  To do this, we apply experimental, observational, and computational approaches at local, regional, and global scales to connect ecological patterns to their underlying biotic and abiotic processes.  Our interests are broad, but we are especially interested in rangeland vegetation dynamics, invasive species ecology and management, and native plant restoration.  We work anywhere plants grow but have a special affinity for drylands.  Our ultimate aim is conserve rangeland biodiversity and natural resources for a sustainable future.
